Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive BESS Solution Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting business growth by delivering tailored technical solutions for utility-scale battery energy storage projects. As a BESS Solution Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our sales and engineering teams to identify project opportunities, engage with clients, and provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•  Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying opportunities for utility-scale battery energy storage projects.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to develop customized -solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and site evaluations to ensure optimal system -configurations.
•  Provide technical guidance and support to clients during project development, including system design, integration, and performance optimization.
• Assist in preparing project cost estimates, ROI analysis, and financial models for proposals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements related to battery energy storage.
•  Build and maintain strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships to promote our products and services.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to expand our market presence and generate leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve sales processes, product offerings, and customer satisfaction.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, electronics, renewable energy, or related -field) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in engineering, project management, or technical sales within the energy industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of battery energy storage systems, renewable energy technologies, and grid integration concepts is highly desirable.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts effectively.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  Willingness to travel as needed to client sites, project locations, and industry events.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is a must.
